Terms of Service
By enrolling in programs or making payments to Treehouse Nature School LLC, you agree to the following terms:
Payments
All tuition and program fees must be paid in full or according to the selected payment schedule. Payments are processed securely through Stripe using ACH (bank transfer).
Administrative Fee
A small administrative fee may be included with each payment to cover processing and operational costs.
Recurring Payments
If you enroll in a recurring payment plan, you authorize Treehouse Nature School to charge your bank account on a recurring basis until canceled.
Refund Policy
Tuition and program fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Treehouse Nature School.
Cancellations
A full month’s tuition notice is required to cancel enrollment or recurring payments. Families are responsible for tuition during the notice period. Future payments may be stopped after the required notice period has been satisfied.
Program Changes
Treehouse Nature School reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or program details as necessary.
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Participation in Treehouse Nature School programs involves outdoor activities, including but not limited to hiking, climbing, running, nature exploration, use of outdoor play spaces, and interaction with natural elements such as uneven terrain, water, plants, insects, wildlife, and campus animals.
By enrolling, parents and guardians acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, falls, insect bites or stings, splinters, exposure to weather, contact with plants, and risks associated with animals or wildlife.
By registering their child, parents/guardians voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation and agree that Treehouse Nature School LLC, its staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries or incidents that occur as a result of normal participation in program activities, except in cases of gross negligence.
Parents/guardians agree to provide accurate health information and ensure their child is physically able to participate in program activities.
